CraftyCreeper Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CraftyCreeper website, Minecraft servers, store, community features, Discord server, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using CraftyCreeper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. CraftyCreeper Accounts
Certain CraftyCreeper features may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and may not impersonate another person, misuse another user’s account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account.
CraftyCreeper may use centralized authentication to provide access to multiple CraftyCreeper services.
2. Minecraft Accounts
CraftyCreeper may allow you to link your CraftyCreeper account with a Minecraft account.
You may only link a Minecraft account that you are authorized to use.
Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, and related information may be used to identify players, provide CraftyCreeper features, maintain moderation records, and protect the network.
3. Community and Server Rules
When using CraftyCreeper, you must follow all applicable server, community, and platform rules.
You may not:
- Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications that provide an unfair advantage
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with CraftyCreeper services
- Attempt to bypass security, moderation, bans, restrictions, or access controls
- Harass, threaten, or intentionally harm other users
- Impersonate CraftyCreeper staff or other users
- Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive activity
- Use CraftyCreeper for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or information without authorization
- Abuse bugs, exploits, or unintended game mechanics
Additional rules may apply to individual Minecraft servers, community areas, events, or services.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
CraftyCreeper may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or community rules.
Depending on the circumstances, CraftyCreeper may issue warnings or restrict, suspend, mute, remove, or permanently ban accounts or players.
Moderation decisions may consider the severity of the conduct, previous violations, security risks, and other relevant circumstances.
Where available, users may submit an appeal through CraftyCreeper’s designated appeal process.
CraftyCreeper reserves the right to take immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, staff, systems, or the community.
5. Purchases and Digital Goods
CraftyCreeper may offer optional purchases or digital goods through its store.
Purchases may include virtual items, ranks, permissions, cosmetics, or other digital benefits associated with CraftyCreeper services.
Digital goods have no real-world monetary value outside CraftyCreeper and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authorization to use the payment method used for a purchase.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
Because CraftyCreeper purchases generally involve digital goods or services delivered electronically, purchases may be non-refundable except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
If you experience a problem with a purchase, contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized chargebacks, or abuse of payment systems may result in suspension of associated CraftyCreeper accounts or services where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Service Availability
CraftyCreeper aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Servers or other services may become unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Software updates
- Hardware or network failures
- Security incidents
- Third-party outages
- Minecraft updates
- Circumstances outside CraftyCreeper’s reasonable control
CraftyCreeper may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features or services when reasonably necessary.
8. User Content
Users may be able to submit content through CraftyCreeper, including messages, builds, posts, applications, profiles, support requests, or other material.
You retain ownership of content you create to the extent that you have applicable ownership rights.
By submitting content to CraftyCreeper, you grant CraftyCreeper permission to host, store, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and promote the Services.
You may not submit content that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, contains malicious software, or otherwise violates these Terms or CraftyCreeper rules.
9. CraftyCreeper Content and Intellectual Property
CraftyCreeper’s website design, branding, graphics, software, written content, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit CraftyCreeper-owned content without authorization.
These Terms do not grant ownership of CraftyCreeper intellectual property to users.
10. Third-Party Services
CraftyCreeper may integrate with or link to services operated by third parties, including Minecraft-related services, Discord, payment providers, authentication services, and other platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
CraftyCreeper is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or independent practices of third-party services.
11. Privacy
Your use of CraftyCreeper is also subject to the CraftyCreeper Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, retained, and shared.
12. Security
You may not attempt to:
- Gain unauthorized access to CraftyCreeper systems
- Probe or scan systems for vulnerabilities without authorization
- Circumvent authentication or security controls
- Interfere with network or server operations
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Perform denial-of-service attacks
- Obtain another user’s credentials or private information
Security vulnerabilities should be responsibly reported to CraftyCreeper rather than exploited.
13. Termination
You may stop using CraftyCreeper at any time.
CraftyCreeper may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, community rules, security concerns, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or threats to CraftyCreeper or its users.
Termination of access does not necessarily remove records that CraftyCreeper is legally or operationally permitted to retain.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
CraftyCreeper services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we work to maintain reliable and secure services, CraftyCreeper does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftyCreeper and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
CraftyCreeper may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, policies, or legal requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.
Your continued use of CraftyCreeper after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
